- Close management of the collection, considering client portfolio management, account analysis, past due balances identification and customer negotiations, visit customers if needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements aligned with the collection strategy.Identifies and tracks large accounts that have been deemed delinquent.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives, manage special projects as assigned by senior management such as: Mass Merchandise Portal, e-Collection, e-Payment, among others.
