Industrial Spraypainter Labourer

A well-established Toowoomba manufacturing company is chasing a reliable and hardworking Paint Shop Labourer to join their team for an immediate start.
This is a full-time Monday to Friday role with ongoing work available, overtime as required, and the opportunity to secure permanent employment after completing the probation period.
You’ll be working alongside experienced painters in a busy manufacturing environment, assisting with paint preparation and finishing work across a variety of projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Paint preparation work
• Sanding and surface prep
• Masking and taping components
• Assisting Industrial Spray Painters with paint application
• General labouring and workshop duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
