**Main Activities and Responsibilities for this Role:**
+ Use the knowledge of the workforce and current practices to innovatively introduce and implement new manufacturing processes, products and projects
+ Perform data analysis and implement quality improvements
+ Create standard operating procedures
+ Develop dashboards utilizing tools such as Power BI to improve data visualization
+ Develop cost effective engineering solutions with flexibility for product and volume changes, including fixturing and tooling development.
