About the Role
How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
Reports to the General Manager - Corporate Environmental Programs. The Co-op will be assigned to support one or more of the Corporate Environmental Compliance Department’s Program Managers/subject matter experts for environmental media-related compliance programs. These include, but are not limited to:
+ Air quality compliance (Federal and state air permits)
+ Spill prevention control and countermeasures (SPCC) and response, above and underground storage tanks (ASTs/USTs), site remediation
+ Waste Management (Hazardous, Non-hazardous, Universal wastes) and stormwater permitting and compliance (SWPPP)
+ Environmental Management System (EMS), compliance management and information systems
The Co-op will receive exposure to all environmental media areas (Air, Water, Waste, etc.) during their full rotation. The student will assist Program Managers in developing, maintaining and implementin...
