Job Description Job Description POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Technical Mill Supervisor to oversee daily CNC milling operations in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This leadership position is responsible for supervising machinists, maintaining quality and safety standards (AS9100 / FAA compliance), and ensuring production targets are met through efficient workflow, process optimization, and equipment reliability. This individual will also collaborate with engineering and quality departments to drive continuous improvement.
