RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (Must Be able to operate latest gen FANUC CNC controller) for precision machining.Use CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks or equivalent) to create and edit CNC programs.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications.Be able to perform inspections with precision measurement tools.Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC machines as needed.Collaborate with engineering and assembly teams to ensure components meet project requirements.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Operate and Program CNC machine 1 (DN solutions SVM 4100 Day One without training).Operate and Program CNC machine 2 (Tormach 1100-MX experienced with or willing to train).CO2 Laser operation (experienced with or willing to train).Operate manual Mill (Southwest...
