Own the Line: Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes independently to meet and exceed daily production targets.
Troubleshoot & Optimize: Diagnose machine irregularities and fine-tune CNC programs on the fly to maintain a seamless operational flow.
Guarantee Quality: Interpret complex blueprints and utilize precision instruments like micrometers and calipers to ensure every part meets exact tolerances.
Drive Safety & Efficiency: Maintain a pristine, hazard-free workspace and collaborate with the team to elevate our manufacturing processes.
