About the Role
**Job Title: CNC Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
This role requires more than just operating a machine. The individual will be responsible for setting up their machine, performing tool changes and tear downs, and reading micrometers and calipers. They will also need to read blueprints/drawings to create parts and inspect them to ensure there are no flaws. The role includes minor maintenance on the machine, with training provided if necessary.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up CNC machines, including mills and lathes.
+ Perform tool changes and tear downs on CNC machines.
+ Read and interpret micrometers and calipers.
+ Read blueprints and drawings to create parts.
+ Inspect parts for flaws and ensure quality standards.
