About the Role

            Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily CNC machining activities to meet production goals, quality requirements, and delivery deadlines 
Configure, operate, and assist in programming various CNC equipment to produce high-precision parts and components 
Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T) 
Define machining strategies by analyzing work orders, material specifications, cutting parameters, and engineering requirements 
Assess first-run production batches and carry outin-process checks to verify alignment with quality plans and specifications 
Diagnose machining problems and offer technical support to CNC machine operators and machinists 
Work with Engineering and Production departments to enhance machining efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
