CMM/Laser Scanner Programmer/Operator (Tillsonburg)

Location: Tillsonburg, ON | Shift: Day Shift, Mon‑Fri 8:00am – 4:30pm

As a CMM/Laser Scanner Programmer/Operator, you will support Marwood International’s TierI automotive component manufacturing by designing, programming, and operating coordinate measuring machines and laser scanners to ensure dimensional quality and compliance with customer and internal specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspection requirements for plant and customer needs with advanced quality and production groups.
• Develop CMM/Scanner programs to conduct full dimensional part layouts and capability studies, generating reports for PPAP submissions.
• Perform CMM/Scanner verifications and statistical analysis to support problem investigations.
• Create and maintain proper documentation of inspection results.
• Maintain CMM/Scanner in good working condition, performing validation checks during and after machine use.
