Position Overview

The Cluster General Manager is responsible for the overall strategic, operational, financial, and commercial performance of Movenpick Jumeirah Lakes Towers, voco Jumeirah Lakes Towers and Riva Beach Club, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong employee engagement and sustainable business performance.

The role requires a commercially driven and people-focused leader who can successfully manage a multi-property operation, drive synergies across hotels and lifestyle assets, maximize revenue opportunities, strengthen market positioning, and deliver outstanding results for owners and stakeholders.
