Club Operations Assistant

Summary This position is located within the Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Department, U.S. Naval Air Facility, Atsugi, Japan. Incumbent assumes responsibilities of the facility in the absence of the Club Manager. Responsibilities Ensures that work assignments by the shift employees are performed. Provides necessary assistance and supplies to employees and resolve minor problems and complaints of the employees. Ensures activities take place as planned with proper equipment, personnel, food and beverages. Incumbent is required to be familiar with scheduled activities. Resolves emergent issues and refers difficult situations to the supervisor. Reports club patron incidents such as club rule violations to the Club Manager including name, rate, duty station and witnesses. Documents routine and significant occurrences.
