Position Summary: 

  • Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and assist with the Club Lounge service period, tending bar and serving food to guests 
  • Receive daily updates on hotel requests and action accordingly 
  • Ensure the Club Lounge is presentable and clean at all times 
  • Assist with serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests 
  • Understand guest requirements, engaging and inspiring guests with each customer experience
