About the Role

We are looking

for someone who has:
  • Certificate in Culinary Arts or related discipline

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant kitchen experience in a similar capacity

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese preferred
