They work with leading enterprise clients across APAC, including major financial institutions , delivering scalable and enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support, guidance and training during product trials and implementation
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal engineering teams to resolve issues
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, working closely with sales on solution design
  • Prepare technical documents (proposals, implementation plans, reports)
  • Gather customer requirements and provide feedback to product and R&D
