Endpoint and Identity Operations

• Operation and 3rd-level support of modern endpoint environments based on Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft Entra
• Handling operational incidents and service requests for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
• Support of device configurations, compliance policies, updates, and identity‑based access scenarios

Incident Handling and Troubleshooting

• Analysis and resolution of complex issues in the areas of endpoint management, device security, and identity services
• Troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and hybrid identity environments
