This is an ideal opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Nurse seeking to broaden their leadership skills and supervisory experience in an inpatient setting.
We are looking for a forward thinking, emotionally resilient and clinically creditable individual who can thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment. The post-holder must demonstrate a good understanding of leadership skills and motivate staff to deliver the core objectives for the trust, whilst supporting individual development within the team.
The successful candidate will receive a full induction and be given proactive support to undertake this challenging yet highly rewarding management role. This includes being part of a very supportive senior team where there is a proactive approach to clinical and professional development.
