About this job The Surgical Emergency Unit (SEU) is a 37 bedded unit for both male and female patients. SEU is a Surgical Emergency Portal taking referrals and direct admissions from multiple areas including ED, SDEC, GP, Self‑referrals under multiple specialties, primarily General Surgery, Urology, and Gynaecology. 
As a Health Care Assistant on this Unit you will be involved with and responsible for the direct care of patients. 
To assist with the direct care of patients as delegated to and supervised by registered nurse / health care professional.
