Clinical Specialist Rotational Radiographer

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality radiographic examinations.
  • Ensure excellent patient care and experience at all times.
  • Support junior staff, students, and newly qualified radiographers.
  • Contribute to quality improvement, radiation safety, and departmental audits.
  • Contribute to the delivery of a safe and efficient imaging service, including shift and weekend working as required (participate in the delivery of a 24/7, 365 service).

Qualifications

  • BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography, DCR(D) Diploma of the College of Radiographers, or equivalents
  • Health and Care Professions Council Registration
  • Evidence of career-long commitment to CPD
  • Postgraduate study in a relevant area
  • Student Clinical Assessors Course
  • College of Radiographers accredited IV cannulation course
