About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Social Worker to support patients and families with psychosocial, emotional, and environmental challenges, helping to improve overall quality of life within a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans
Provide case management for vulnerable patients and coordinate with government and charity agencies
Support safeguarding of children, women, elderly, and vulnerable adults; report abuse or neglect as required
Ensure compliance with UAE mental health laws, including Federal Law No. (10) of 2023
Assist with caseload management and supervise junior staff when required
Communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and provide emotional support to patients and families
