Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity as a Full Time Clinical Pharmacist within Lower Mainland Pharmacy Services for our Chilliwack Primary Care Clinic located in Chilliwack, BC where you can showcase your clinical pharmacy skills! The BC Ministry of Health is funding the Pharmacists in PCN program, which integrates clinical pharmacists into primary care teams across health authorities provinces wide. Clinical pharmacists will work closely with patients and prescribers to perform assessments, make recommendations, and implement care plans.
