JOB SUMMARY 

The Clinical Nurse is entrusted with providing competent, safe, and effective direct care. Their role extends to thoroughly assessing care needs and planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that support both patients and their families. It's important to note that all duties need to be carried out to the highest possible standard, ensuring alignment with Sidra Standards of Practice.

Additionally, the Clinical Nurse takes part in supervising, orienting, and training staff, which helps foster a supportive and knowledgeable team environment. They are also responsible for the education of patients, families, and students, making sure everyone involved is well-informed and confident in their understanding. Lastly, the Clinical Nurse remains professionally accountable to the Chief Nursing Officer, underscoring the significance of leadership and oversight in this role.
