If you're a senior RN or Clinical Manager who prefers being out on the floor rather than behind a desk , this is the kind of role that will suit how you work.

At Bupa Accadia Manor, a 29-bed rest home , you’ll lead a small, stable team where your presence matters. This isn’t a large facility where you’re removed from care. You’ll be involved day‑to‑day, supporting medication rounds, guiding your team, and staying connected to residents and whānau.

Fridays start early with a 7am clinical focus, giving you time with your team during one of the most important parts of the day. The rest of the week follows a consistent Monday to Friday structure.
