About the Role
Take charge as the Director of Care (DOC) in a Long-Term Care home in Toronto, Ontario. Drive clinical excellence, compliance, and team leadership every day.
The Director of Care will oversee nursing and clinical programs while ensuring high-quality resident care within regulatory frameworks. You will report to the Executive Director and lead initiatives for quality improvement while managing clinical staff recruitment, coaching, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all nursing and clinical operations in the facility
• Ensure compliance with the Fixing Long-Term Care Act
• Direct Ministry inspections, audits, and quality initiatives
• Support recruitment and development of nursing staff

Requirements:
• Active Registration as an RN with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in Long-Term Care
