Clinical Lead Assistant Manager

This is a role suitable for an experienced nurse who wants the clinical influence of a Clinical Lead alongside the operational scope of an Assistant Manager. You’ll shape the nursing and medical care our residents receive, while also playing a hands-on part in leading the wider team, staffing, quality and day to day running of the home.
