About the Role
Full time - 8 hour evenings shifts
Job summary:
The Clinical Laboratory Scientist independently performs routine and special diagnostic procedures on blood and other body fluids from patients of all age groups.
Knowledge/Experience:
One year experience as a generalist clinical laboratory scientist in a healthcare setting preferred.
Education:
Baccalaureate in Medical Technology or equivalent.
License/Certification/Registry:
Current national certification required. Montana State Licensure as CLS required within six (6) months from the date of hire.
Aptitudes:
+ Must demonstrate problem-solving ability and ability to perform complex calculations.
+ Must be able to manage stressful situations with tact and simultaneously deliver good patient care.
+ Must be capable of multitasking and prioritization.
+ Must demonstrate exceptional organizational ability.
