The Theatres Practice Education Team is looking for a motivated Operating Department Practitioner/Nurse to join our busy, friendly team in the role of Clinical Educator.

The support, learning, supervision and development of junior staff is an essential part of this role. You will also assist the Practice Education Team to deliver a range of training, including local inductions and orientation for new starters, apprentices, assistant practitioners, students and qualified practitioners.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your management and leadership skills, and to develop your knowledge of service improvement whilst implementing safe, evidence‑based care.
