About the Role
**Role Overview**
**Are you a Registered Dietitian ready to impact the life of patients in a large hospital?**
Sodexo is seeking a **Registered Dietitian** to join our clinical team at Mount Sinai South Nassau located in **Oceanside, NY** . This 455-bed, Level 2 Trauma Center is an award-winning teaching hospital serving as the Long Island flagship hospital for the entire Mount Sinai system. This position will provide inpatient clinical care and support the hospital-wide malnutrition identification initiative.
**What You'll Do**
+ be well versed in the Nutrition Focused Physical Exam and Malnutrition Identification;
+ provide exceptional nutrition care to patients on med/surg units;
+ be part of the inpatient RD team and work rotating weekends and holidays;
+ be knowledgeable of the Nutrition Care Process; and
+ efficiently and effectively organize clinical nutrition and patient care responsibilities.
