The Role

Highfield Nursing Home are looking for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager who will assist the Home Manager in the clinical governance and management, supervision and day to day running of the home, ensuring that our residents are provided with the highest possible standards of care according to their individual needs.

The Clinical Deputy Manager will assist in operational and financial aspects of the home, ensuring the home is compliant with the relevant legislation and standards through continual monitoring and practical support. They will ensure clinical governance is adhered to on a day-to-day basis and that all nursing and residential care practices are evidence-based and reflect current trends.
