Healing Waves Counselling is a private practice seeking a dedicated remote counsellor. The practice follows a therapist‑first model with flexible scheduling and regular check‑ins to prioritize the counsellors’ mental health.

Key Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
• 2+ years of experience as an RCC (registered clinical counsellor)
• Able to work with teens and youth
• Professional College membership or registration with a mental health association: BCACC
• Knowledge or education in somatic attachment psychotherapy
• ADHD knowledge
• EMDR basic training

Candidate must have

• Extensive ADHD knowledge
• Over 2 years experience as an RCC (internship time does not count)
