About the Role
This is a permanent part-time Clinical Coach (Peri-operative — Scrub/Scout, 0.8 FTE) role atbased at St Vincent's Private Hospital Fitzroy
What you'll be doing (the good stuff!)
Inspire and support a diverse mix of learners, from enrolled and registered nurse graduates through to postgraduate students
Deliver specialised clinical education that shifts practice for the better
Lead competency assessments and keep our standards sharp
Spot learning gaps and build creative solutions
Design and run targeted in-service sessions to meet the needs of peri-operative nursing
