Members visit a SkinBit clinic where a complete, high-resolution record of their skin is captured and reviewed in depth by board-certified dermatologists, the way you'd want your own skin examined. We're building the preventive health standard that dermatology has never had: rigorous, warm, and worth coming back to every year.
Role Description We're hiring our first Clinic Coordinator / Medical Assistant for the Palo Alto clinic. This isn't a front-desk rotation or a high-volume MA position. It's the role that defines what a SkinBit visit feels like. You'll be the consistent, trusted presence members associate with the clinic: the person who knows their name, maintains the space to a premium standard, and ensures every visit feels like it was built around them.
