About the Role

This is a full time, 12 month fixed term position

+ Assist providers by functioning as a medical chaperone for providers completing a sensitive health exam/treatment.

+ Assist with room and equipment setup and are physically presentto assist the provider and/or patient and visualize physical contactbetween the patient and provider during the sensitive health exam/treatment.

+ Schedules patient appointments, prepares patient charts and exam rooms, monitors patient flow, assists physicians with exams as needed.

+ Reviews and codes charge slips, submits insurance claims. Performs office duties.

+ Adhere to policies and procedures in place for sensitive health exams/treatment and for documenting their participation in the care according to applicable policies.
