Climate Change Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Climate Change Associate to implement and manage our rapidly growing portfolio of emission reduction projects and corporate sustainability services globally. You will be responsible for the full project and sales cycle of each project and lead beginning from the initial due diligence to certification under international carbon and environmental attribute standards. The successful candidate will be based in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Emission reductions project sourcing and business development
• Familiarise with carbon and other environmental quantification standards such as the VCS, the Gold Standard, I-REC, GCC etc
• Engage in implementation and project management of emission reduction projects
• Prepare project technical documentation and stakeholder consultation as per the requirements
• Conduct site visit and travel to project locations as and when required
