Client Support Specialist

A Client Support Specialist vacancy has become available in our Marketing Implementation team in Cape Town. The specific responsibilities of this role encompass planning and executing a variety of internal and external events along with marketing initiatives. While the role will be primarily based in Cape Town, it will necessitate travel to other locations for event execution.

Responsibilities

• On-premises internal (own people) and external (client/other outside attendees) events, which include but are not limited to seminars, breakfasts, dinners, and cocktail events.
• Off-premises internal and external events.
• Webinars, seminars and hybrid events.
• Internal campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Key firm events including but not limited to Strategic Retreats, Executive meetings; mid-year mixer, year-end events; vacation and induction programmes.
