Client Success Executive (Remote)

We are looking for a warm, service-oriented Client Success Executive to handle daily customer interactions and support for our beauty and aesthetic clientele in Singapore.

You’ll be the voice and heart of our brand — engaging customers through WhatsApp, social media, and calls with professionalism, care, and confidence.

Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls and work on getting new customer bookings.

Handle inbound customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and calls.

Provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses to customer queries about treatments, promotions, and appointments.

Maintain strong follow-up and relationship-building to ensure repeat visits and satisfaction.
