Key Responsibilities:

Presales & Solutioning

- Engage with clients to understand business requirements, current IT landscape, and transformation objectives.

- Lead end-to-end infrastructure and cloud solutions (Managed Services, IaaS, PaaS, automation, migration, modernization, monitoring, security, etc.) by leveraging the best of modern tech (AI – Agentic/Generative etc)

- Lead ServiceNow solutioning for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, discovery, and automation capabilities, integrated into overall cloud/infrastructure offerings.

- Create solution design, effort estimates, and pricing models aligned with customer needs and organizational capabilities.

- Build and deliver customer presentations, RFP/RFI responses, demos, and workshops.
