Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to add skills and capacity to the Clients Fashion team to better service key clients in the form of solution conceptualisation, modelling, design, and implementation of client-focused distribution solutions. Furthermore, the role involves project coordination, project management, commercial modelling, solution implementation, solution stabilisation, and continuous improvement support.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Determine client service requirements by maintaining contact with clients; reviewing operational environments; benchmarking best practices; analysing information and applications.
2. Continuously review and refine the client solution.
3. Evaluate and analyse data and processes related to existing operations to identify improvement opportunities.
4. Verify operational designs and capacity requirements for short, medium, and long-term.
