About the Role
Job Responsibilities
- Input data into the licensing database and maintain on an ongoing basis.
- Perform letter writing service on behalf of clients for various changes required.
- Format and publish eRegMonitor surveys on behalf of clients.
- Update SharePoint or other web sources as required by the company for eRegMonitor surveys and client access.
- Draft state Board of Pharmacy applications as needed by licensing team.
- Researches, analyzes, and responds to client inquiries that are routine in nature.
- Communicate task statuses and questions with management.
- Initiates contact via phone and email with internal State Licensing team members.
- Performs functions as directed by the supervisor.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or graduate of any 4-year course.
- Two (2) years related work experience in quality inspection and issue detection.
