Your new role

As a Client Services Executive, you will:

Accurately obtain and record client information using case management software

Escalate new enquiries to relevant departments and record feedback promptly.

Maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of all internal departments and services

Manage workloads effectively, ensuring tasks and shared inboxes arepleted and cleared daily
