About the Role

Job Descriptions:


  • Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.

  • Handle key customer accounts and serve as main contact for airfreight enquiries.

  • Liaise with airlines, co-loaders, and vendors to secure rates and cargo space.

  • Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into bookings.

  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and finance teams for smooth shipment execution.

  • Monitor shipments and resolve delays or service issues promptly.

  • Provide market updates on rates, space, and peak season trends.

  • Support sales team on account growth and new business opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems.

  • Other duties as assigned
