About the Role
Job Descriptions:
Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.Handle key customer accounts and serve as main contact for airfreight enquiries.Liaise with airlines, co-loaders, and vendors to secure rates and cargo space.Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into bookings.Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and finance teams for smooth shipment execution.Monitor shipments and resolve delays or service issues promptly.Provide market updates on rates, space, and peak season trends.Support sales team on account growth and new business opportunities.Maintain accurate records in internal systems.Other duties as assigned
