Client Service Manager, Issuer Services

Responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring delivery of services for a broad range of securities products. Works with transaction and client service teams across HSBC to support onboarding, ongoing administration, and escalation of complex deal activities.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ISV requirements are understood and client needs, industry developments, and competitor insights are communicated effectively.
• Monitor SLA performance by collating data, providing feedback, resolving operational gaps, and implementing action plans when SLAs are missed.
• Run formal client surveys to gather feedback and drive service improvements.
• Identify retention and growth opportunities and support the Business Development Manager with new business development.
