Client Relationship Management (CRM) Executive

Overview

We're looking for a CRM Executive to play a pivotal role in shaping how we capture, manage and use relationship data across the firm. Working closely with Business Development, Marketing and legal teams, you'll ensure our CRM system provides a clear, accurate and joined-up view of our professional network, supporting relationship-led growth, stronger referral networks and better visibility of opportunities. This is a hands-on, collaborative role for someone who enjoys working with data, improving systems and helping colleagues get real value from CRM in their day-to-day work. You'll be instrumental in embedding CRM as a practical business tool - supporting bids and tenders, pipeline tracking, influencer engagement and informed decision-making across the business.
