Client Order Administrator

IZI South Africa a credible and leading provider of cash solutions for efficient and secure cash logistic services is recruiting Two (2) Client Orders Administrators to be the central point of contact for managing client orders and resolving all related queries. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and accurate fulfillment of our clients' cash orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Orders Fulfillment: Capture, manage, and ensure 100% accuracy of all client orders. Confirm credits reflect in bank accounts and proactively follow up on missing credits with relevant parties.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Attend to clients' emails and calls with urgency, elevate critical queries for quick resolution, manage claims and discrepancies, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
