Client Operations & Support Specialist

CREDIT BUREAU (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an Operations Executive to support its Member Clients in the Banking & Financial sector. This role involves managing a portfolio of service fulfilment and related support while conducting audit checks and processing reports.

The ideal candidate should hold a NITEC or Diploma, possess 1 to 2 years of customer support experience, and demonstrate good analytical and communication skills. Immediate starters will be favored.
