Duties: Developing, managing, and monitoring client relationships, and maintaining a continuous dialogue with public and private clients at C-suite and Treasurer levels. Provide advice and drive the delivery of creative corporate finance solutions to clients for mergers and acquisitions, as well as strategic capital raising initiatives, including restructurings, spin-offs, equity, and debt issuance. Functioning as deal team leader and executing multiple mandates at any given time, and overseeing workflows in all stages of transaction executions, from the pitch phase to closing, ensuring timeliness of deliverables by managing clients, other external stakeholders, and internal cross functional teams.
