As Assistant Manager – CRM, you will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, enhancing engagement, and driving retention through data-driven campaigns and customer journeys. Your work will directly influence customer loyalty and business growth.
Your Role Will Include:
- Owning the end-to-end marketing communications calendar.
- Designing customer journeys with multi-channel communication, incentives, and creative assets for continuous engagement.
- Managing CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and In-App Notifications.
- Leading and guiding the execution team on BAU campaigns and automated journeys.
- Partnering with Brand, Product, Design, and Tech teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Tracking campaign performance metrics, analyzing results, and sharing actionable insights.
