Client Executive (FSI)

Join NTT DATA as a Client Executive (CE), the most senior leader responsible for the entire NTT Data footprint within an account.

Responsibilities

• Total Accountability: manage the full relationship and P&L (Revenue and Gross Profit).
• Strategic Planning: maintain and evolve a Client Account Plan mapping NTT Data solutions to client challenges to grow wallet share.
• Cross-Practice Mandate: represent and sell the full breadth of NTT Data practices, coordinating with the global network of offices.
• Revenue and margin targets: meet revenue and margin targets while minimizing churn and maximizing retention.
• Opportunity identification: identify and advance opportunities at assigned clients and prospects.
• Alignment: drive alignment to a common vision across multiple stakeholders.
