About the Role

Client Outreach Analyst Konu (Full-Time | Gachibowli, Hyderabad)

Konu is a Hyderabad-based Prop Tech company making real estate simpler for buyers, sellers, and agents through technology.

Role: Phone-led sales outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline conversion.

Responsibilities:

- Call prospective clients and introduce Konu's platform

- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the sales team

- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs on call volume and meetings booked

- Nurture cold leads through timely follow-ups

- Maintain CRM records of all interactions

Requirements:

- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or real estate preferred

- Strong communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi

- Comfortable in a target-driven environment

- Organised with ability to manage follow-ups independently
