Role Overview:
Managing the distributors assigned to negotiate the sales campaigns and build the assetsPromoting the Company’s products through multiple sales activities including meetings, seminars and workshopsEffectively conduct advisor trainings to train advisors to understand the Company’s productsPrepare the sales promotion proposals for regular sales campaignsAchieve the pre-determined sales and AUM targets assigned by the CompanyGathering marketing intelligence from distributors to share other functional team internallyThe ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:
